We seek prospective, individual investee projects with strong existing management, a willingness to work as part of a team, clearly identifiable Intellectual Property and the ability to focus on a financial exit for shareholders of between 3-6 years per deal.
We work exclusively and proactively with professional and institutional investors such as family offices, private banks, private wealth funds, pension funds and financial advisors, who provide shareholder capital to participate in individual deals as they are identified.
Our approach offers investors the benefit of deal transparency and direct access to uncorrelated alpha yet with the diversification of a portfolio as their number of Melior shareholdings increase. All in the knowledge that our due diligence and oversight is being conducted by a team with approaching 70 successful exits and numerous international awards to their credit.
